How long will my order take to arrive?
Within Australia, regular orders take 2 - 7 business days and express orders 1 - 3 days.
We are doing our best to stick to these delivery times, but we cannot control COVID-19 or extreme weather conditions in your location. Please be patient. your order is on it's way!
When will you ship my order?
Orders placed before 12pm AEST on a Queensland working day will be processed and shipped on the same day.
Our magicians also need a break, especially on public holidays or weekends. If you've placed an order on any of these days, we'll process and ship your order the following business day.
How much does shipping cost?
For Australian Orders:
We offer flat fee order shipping fees, Australia wide.
If you order a single product:
- Regular Shipping: $6.95
- Express Shipping: $9.95
If you order two Outback Mud Masks:
- Regular Shipping: FREE
- Express Shipping: $4.95
If you order three or more Outback Mud Masks:
- Express Shipping: FREE
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use Australia Post to get your order to you safe and sound. And by the way, by partnering with Australia Post, we are reducing our carbon footprint as well!
How do I track my order?
Once we've shipped your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number so that you can track your Plendi order at all times.
Simply click on the link in your email, or use your tracking number to find your order with Australia Post.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Unfortunately you cannot cancel the order or make any changes once the order has been placed.
Please make sure you enter the correct address, otherwise you might make someone else very happy indeed!
Some of my items have been damaged in transit, what do I do?
